Driver: Parallel Lines - Speedrun [1:41:35] (Reupload)
WR at the time of recording. This run is quite bad in some areas, however a few new strats (thanks RationalPsycho from Discord) allowed for several minutes of timesaves, so still a new PB.

More Teargas = New PB After increasing the Teargas capacity at the Bunker Shooting Range it only took me a few tries to get a new PB, due to being able to use gas on all waves. I also now had pipe bombs in my explosives slot which confused me a bit. Not enough gas, so I used C4 in two rounds where I had to wait for cars anyway and the waves seemed to work well for it. It's always pretty tight getting to and from the gas spot, especially in the first round, but I haven't found a closer camping spot that works as well. I think I was testing a new gas placement on Wave 4 which obviously didn't quite work out.

Kind of awful run (I know, speedrunners often say that). More stupid than usual police on Gate Crasher and some bad RNG in some other places (e.g. the truck taking a slower route during Riding Shotgun after getting stuck). Why you shoot your own car on reuniting the families?
To increase weapon skill you have to hit certain objects that usually take damage, like a car, just shooting in the air or at buildings doesn't increase it. Your own car in the autoscroller doesn't actually get damaged when you shoot it yourself though, so it's a good opportunity to get the AK skill up to Hitman level while also not costing any additional time.

Where can I get a rocket launcher without cheating?
In the Speedrun route there should still be rockets left over from the mission Are You Going To San Fierro (from shooting down the helicopter). In Toreno's Last Flight you can pick up the rockets from the helipad, however passing the missions removes them, so ideally you should pick them up after passing the mission (so they're not helpful for actually shooting down the helicopter in that case). There are also various weapon pickups around the map for either the Rocket Launcher or Heat Seeking RPG (search for "GTASA weapons map").

I haven't done it before, but it should be possible. You can check the documented memory addresses which may help to construct a pointer path (for GTA:SA versions other than 1.0 the addresses may require an offset or more research though): gtamods.com/wiki/Memory_Addresses_(SA)#Vehicle

Hello I want to ask a question when everytime im entering the marker and I started to press pause buffering key not until 5 seconds the cutscenes has already start early how can I fix this problem?😥
I'm not entirely sure what you mean. You enter the marker and begin holding ESC, it does the flickering pausing/unpausing, but the phonecall does not arrive before the cutscene starts? Are you timing the phonecall correctly? After Los Santos phonecalls ring 15 seconds after the last mission/phonecall (e.g. shoot or try to enter a car when the phone rings, then 15s after that it will ring again). And of course you need to have a phonecall available at all, which isn't always the case (if you answered them already, which you sometimes even have to do to unlock missions etc.). Or are you saying the pausebuffering does not work the same way as shown in the video at all?

I like the behind the vehicle camera in this game. Never had a need to freelook as it keeps pointed straight ahead and even does that little height adjustment when you drive over hills, something that other games haven't adopted.
